I live out of the province, so I engaged Lisa Merrett as property manager for my rental property in Calgary. Lisa has successfully managed my property and tenants for several months now. I am very pleased with her service. Lisa helped me transition out my old tenants, manage clean-up, re-keying, and repairs, help select and sign my current tenants, and handled a variety of other needs that came up along the way. Lisa was especially helpful during a difficult time when a sewer backup occurred in one of my units, causing damage. A plumber, cleaning service, and carpet replacement all had to be coordinated with two sets of tenants, and she executed on everything to my satisfaction. Even though there were some high-pressure situations with tenants and service providers, Lisa kept her cool and kept the lines of communication open. I appreciate Lisa's excellent service, and I recommend her to other property owners looking for a reliable and solid property manager.
